As a Paid Social Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing paid social media campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions for our clients. This is a remote position, so you will need to be self-motivated and able to work independently. 

What you'll be doing

  • Developing and executing paid social media campaigns across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) 
  • Creating and managing ad campaigns, ad sets, and ads 
  • Conducting research on target audiences and optimizing ad targeting 
  • Analyzing campaign data and adjusting campaigns to improve performance 
  • Collaborating with other team members to ensure that campaign messaging and creative aligns with overall brand strategy 
  • Staying up-to-date with changes to social media platforms and algorithm updates 
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with social media platform representatives 
  • Managing campaign budgets and ensuring that campaigns are delivered on time and within budget 
  • Providing regular campaign performance reports to clients 

Requirements

  • C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)  
  • Strong experience in paid social media advertising 
  • Proven experience managing multiple campaigns simultaneously 
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to analyze and interpret campaign data 
  • Solid understanding of social media platforms and their advertising capabilities 
  • Experience with ad management platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager or Google Ads 
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other team members 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines 

Preferred candidates that have experience with e-commerce advertising and A/B testing and experimentation, grat knowledge of landing page optimization and conversion rate and strong familiarity with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot or Marketo. Candidates must be amenable to work during US business hours. 

We offer a full-time, US-hours remote job, 40-hour workweek Mon-Fri, with excellent prospects for long-term growth for an ambitious experienced Paid Social Specialist. We can offer HMO and other benefits to Philippine candidates.
