As a Mortgage Closer, you will play a critical role in the final stages of the loan process by ensuring accurate and timely completion of mortgage closings. Your meticulous attention to detail and knowledge of mortgage regulations will contribute to a seamless closing experience for our clients. What you'll be doing 

• Reviewing loan documents for accuracy and completeness before closing 
• Coordinating with loan officers, title companies, and attorneys to schedule closings 
• Preparing closing disclosures and settlement statements in compliance with regulations 
• Ensuring all necessary documents are signed and notarized during the closing process 
• Verifying loan terms, interest rates, and other financial details 
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve any issues that may arise during closing 
• Communicating with borrowers to address questions and concerns about the closing process 
• Submitting completed loan packages to underwriting for final approval 
• Maintaining a thorough understanding of mortgage regulations and guidelines 

Requirements 

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred 
• Proven experience as a Mortgage Closer or in a similar role within the mortgage industry 
• C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)  
• Strong knowledge of mortgage closing procedures and regulations 
• Familiarity with mortgage loan documents and terminology 
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail 
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal abilities
