As a Manager for Programmatic, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of campaigns by resolving technical problems, providing reports, adjusting campaigns to meet client goals, and presenting valuable insights to the client.
What you’ll be doing
- Communicate digital plans and justifications for tactical approaches for each campaign
- Run, oversee, and improve online ad campaigns for agency clients
- Build and maintain client relationships through exceptional customer service
- Present proposals for new client business opportunities
- Ensure timely delivery of creative materials, campaign records, and relevant documents
- Collaborate with analytics team on campaign performance reporting and analysis
- Report campaign performance, optimizations, and new opportunities to clients
- Work with media partners to guarantee proper platform execution
- Troubleshoot any pre-production and live campaign issues
- Prepare and manage monthly financial reports in collaboration with analysts
- Lead and assist in training, managing, and guiding analysts and senior analysts
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in fields such as marketing, advertising, business, engineering, statistics, economics, sociology, or equivalent
- C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)
- Experience in managing programmatic media buying for search, display, video, social and/or mobile
- A proactive and motivated individual with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Client-facing experience
- Strong project management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including intermediate to advanced Excel skills
