As a Maintenance Project Coordinator (Remote), you will play a vital role in coordinating and overseeing maintenance projects for our clients. Your exceptional organizational and communication skills will ensure the smooth execution of maintenance tasks and timely completion of projects.  

What you'll be doing 

  • Coordinating and scheduling maintenance projects, ensuring timely execution and completion 
  • Collaborating with internal teams, contractors, and vendors to allocate resources and materials 
  • Conducting site inspections and assessments to determine project requirements and scope 
  • Tracking project progress and maintaining project documentation and records 
  • Communicating project updates and timelines to clients and stakeholders 
  • Managing project budgets and expenses, ensuring adherence to cost constraints 
  • Identifying and resolving project issues and risks through effective problem-solving 
  • Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards 
  • Conducting post-project evaluations and generating reports to identify areas for improvement 
  • Providing excellent customer service and addressing client inquiries and concerns 

Requirements 

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 
  • C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)  
  • Proven experience in project coordination or project management, preferably in the maintenance field 
  • Strong organizational and time management skills 
  • Excellent team player and interpersonal abilities 
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools 
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications 
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards 
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • Ability to work independently and in a remote team environment 

Preferred candidates for the role of Maintenance Project Coordinator should possess a background in maintenance management or a related field. Experience in coordinating maintenance projects across multiple locations or remote sites is highly desired. Knowledge of facility management software or computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) is advantageous. Strong leadership abilities, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are valued qualities. 

We offer a full-time, US-hours remote job, 40-hour workweek Mon-Fri, with excellent prospects for long-term growth for an ambitious experienced Maintenance Project Coordinator. We can offer HMO and other benefits to Philippine candidates.
