Filled Positions

As a Logistics Specialist, you will be working with clients to coordinate the transport of goods from one location to another. You will also be collaborating with other internal departments to ensure smooth operations and efficient delivery of goods. 

What You'll Be Doing

• Analyze shipment data and identify areas for improvement 
• Track shipments from origin to destination 
• Develop effective strategies for inventories and tracking systems 
• Monitor orders, contact suppliers, and prepare reports as needed 
• Liaise with customers, drivers, and other stakeholders in the freight industry 

Requirements

• Proven experience as a logistics specialist or similar role 
• C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)  
• Working knowledge of logistics software programs and databases 
• Familiarity with transport regulations and customs processes 
• Excellent problem solving and organizational skills 

Preferred Candidates that have an understanding of the freight industries’ trends & challenges. Candidates must be amenable to work during US business hours. 

We offer a full-time, US-hours remote job, 40-hour workweek Mon-Fri, with excellent prospects for long-term growth for an ambitious experienced Logistics Specialist. We can offer HMO and other benefits to Philippine candidates.
