Filled Positions

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the shipment and delivery of goods for our company. You will work closely with suppliers, carriers, and customers to ensure timely and efficient delivery. 

What you'll be doing

• Coordinating shipments with suppliers, carriers, and customers 
• Preparing and reviewing shipping documents 
• Managing inventory levels and ensuring accurate records are maintained 
• Monitoring shipment progress and resolving any issues that may arise 
• Communicating with all parties involved to ensure timely and accurate delivery 
• Negotiating shipping rates with carriers 
• Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing changes 
• Ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements 
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth operation of the supply chain 

Requirements 

• Bachelor's degree in logistics or related field 
• C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)  
• 2+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain management 
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills 
• Excellent collaboration interpersonal skills 
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics software 
• Knowledge of international shipping regulations 

Preferred candidates that have experience with cross-border logistics and in the e-commerce industry, knowledge of import and export regulations. Candidates must be amenable to work during US business hours.
