As a Loan Processor, you will play a vital role in our financial team, responsible for managing and processing loan applications. Your duties will encompass gathering and verifying necessary financial data, determining loan eligibility, maintaining client records, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the loan process. 

What you'll be doing 

• Gathering and verifying financial data to process loan applications 
• Determining loan eligibility based on established criteria 
• Maintaining accurate and detailed client records
• Liaising with loan officers and underwriters to ensure smooth transactions 
• Providing excellent customer service throughout the loan process 
• Keeping up-to-date with regulatory changes and industry trends 
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations 
• Resolving loan application queries promptly and efficiently
• Reporting on loan application processing details 

Requirements 

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field is a plus 
• C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)  
• Proven experience as a Loan Processor or similar role 
• Proficiency in MS Office and loan processing software
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy 
• Excellent customer service skills 
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly 

Preferred candidates who have a high school diploma or equivalent with some experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate would possess strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a knack for customer service.
