As a Junior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for developing high-quality software solutions and leading technical initiatives. What you'll be doing 

• Designing, coding, testing, and debugging software applications 
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop technical solutions 
• Leading and mentoring a team of software engineers
• Participating in code reviews and ensuring adherence to coding standards 
• Conducting performance analysis and optimizing software applications 
• Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues 
• Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies 
• Providing technical guidance and support to project stakeholders
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of development processes and practices 

Requirements 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field 
• Proven experience as a software engineer or in a similar role 
• C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English) Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python
• Strong knowledge of software development methodologies and practices 
• Familiarity with database systems and SQL 
• Experience with version control systems such as Git 
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills 

Preferred candidates for this role are those who have previous experience in a senior or leadership position within the software development industry. Candidates with a solid understanding of distributed systems, cloud computing, or DevOps practices will be highly valued. We are looking for individuals who demonstrate strong leadership skills, effective communication, and the ability to drive technical excellence within a remote work environment. A passion for continuous learning and staying updated with industry advancements is a plus.
