Filled Positions

As a Junior Finance Specialist, you will be responsible for providing financial and accounting support to the company. You will work closely with the finance team to maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with regulations. 

What you'll be doing

• Assisting in the preparation of financial statements and reports 
• Supporting the budgeting and forecasting processes 
• Reviewing and reconciling financial data 
• Assisting with audits and tax filings 
• Maintaining accurate records of financial transactions 
• Analyzing financial data and preparing reports 
• Collaborating with other departments to provide financial support and guidance 
• Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements 
• Staying up-to-date with changes in financial regulations and accounting standards 

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field 
• C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software 
• Excellent interpersonal skills 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team 
• Attention to detail and accuracy 
• Knowledge of accounting principles and regulations 

Preferred candidates that have prior experience working in finance or accounting positions, possess knowledge of ERP systems like SAP or Oracle, demonstrate proficiency in financial analysis and modeling, be able to handle a fast-paced work environment, and exhibit exceptional organizational and time management skills. Candidates must be amenable to work during US business hours.
