What you'll be doing 

• Assisting in the development and maintenance of software applications 
• Writing clean and well-documented code under the guidance of senior developers 
• Participating in code reviews and learning from feedback
• Troubleshooting and debugging software defects
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements 
• Contributing to the design and implementation of software solutions 
• Learning and applying best practices and coding standards 
• Keeping up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends
• Providing support to users and resolving technical issues 

Requirements 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field 
• Basic understanding of programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++ 
• C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)  
• Familiarity with software development concepts and principles
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills 
• Excellent collaboration and teamwork abilities 
• Ability to work independently and take initiative 

Preferred candidates who have a genuine interest in software development and a desire to learn and grow in the field. Candidates who have completed relevant coursework or projects during their studies or possess any relevant certifications will be highly regarded. Strong attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work collaboratively will also be considered important qualities we seek in candidates. 

We offer a full-time, US-hours remote job, 40-hour workweek Mon-Fri, with excellent prospects for long-term growth for an ambitious experienced Junior Developer. We can offer HMO and other benefits to Philippine candidates.
