As a Junior Analytics Strategist, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and interpreting data to drive strategic decision-making. You will work closely with our analytics team to extract insights, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations. This is a remote position that offers flexibility and growth opportunities. 

What you'll be doing

• Assist in collecting and analyzing data from various sources to identify patterns and trends
• Collaborate with the analytics team to develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations
• Help in creating and implementing analytics strategies to optimize business performance
• Support the identification and tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve business outcomes
• Assist in conducting A/B tests and other experiments to optimize marketing campaigns and user experiences
• Work with cross-functional teams to define analytics requirements and ensure data integrity
• Help in designing and implementing data-driven models and algorithms to solve complex business problems
• Assist in conducting market research and competitive analysis to provide insights on industry trends
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and techniques in analytics and data visualization 

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or Computer Science
• C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)  
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data manipulation, analysis, and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Python, Tableau)
• Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques and experience working with large datasets
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Excellent collaboration skills
• Familiarity with web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics) and digital marketing metrics
• Basic understanding of machine learning concepts and algorithms
• Experience with data storytelling and presenting insights to stakeholders

Preferred candidates who possess familiarity with advanced analytics techniques such as predictive modeling and segmentation. They should also have experience in data mining and data cleaning techniques. Knowledge of programming languages like R or Java is preferred, as well as hands-on experience with cloud-based analytics platforms like AWS or Google Cloud. Certification in relevant analytics or data science courses would be advantageous. Additionally, familiarity with agile methodologies and project management concepts is highly desirable. Candidates must be amenable to work during US business hours.
