Job Description
We are seeking a Remote Paid Search Specialist to join our rapidly growing team of experts in Marketing, Creative, Technology, Social Media, and Supply Chain. You will manage paid search campaigns, including bid recommendations, execution, budgets, and reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Build and analyze keyword lists, and draft ad creative text based on briefs, website content, and client direction
• Create Excel pivot tables, formulas, graphs, dashboards, and charts
• Manage budget tracking documents and review them with the Search Manager
• Monitor account spending, pacing, and optimization recommendations
• Maintain account record keeping, tracking reports, and invoice reconciliation
• Participate in search team meetings and contribute ideas to improve reporting processes, keywords, and creative
• Implement campaign A/B testing and competitor research

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in paid search campaigns (Google Ads/Bing)
• BA/BS or equivalent relevant work experience
• Google & Bing Ads certification
• C1/2 English proficiency, written and spoken
• Team player with the ability to work independently
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong presentation skills and experience interfacing with clients in writing and on Zoom
• Proficient in deckbuilding and report/dashboard creation
• Desire to learn and grow within our department, our clients, and yourself
• Detail-oriented with a strong understanding of marketing metrics and reporting

Employment Details:

This is a full-time, US-hours remote position with a 40-hour workweek from Monday to Friday. We offer excellent prospects for long-term growth for an ambitious Paid Search Specialist. HMO and other benefits are available for Philippine candidates.
