As an IT Technical Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing complex technology projects within our organization. What you'll be doing 

• Overseeing end-to-end program management for complex IT projects, including scope, budget, timeline, and resource management 
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria 
• Managing project risks, issues, and dependencies, and implementing effective mitigation strategies 
• Leading project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring adherence to quality standards and best practices 
• Providing regular status updates, progress reports, and executive-level communication on project milestones, risks, and accomplishments
• Facilitating effective communication and collaboration among project stakeholders, including technical teams, business stakeholders, and senior leadership 
• Conducting project post-mortems and driving continuous improvement initiatives 
• Mentoring and guiding project team members, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence 
• Staying updated with industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to IT program management 

Requirements 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field 
• 4 years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, overseeing complex IT projects 
• C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)  
• Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale technology initiatives on time and within budget 
• Strong technical background and understanding of software development processes and infrastructure technologies 
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and familiarity with project management tools
• Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to influence and drive consensus among diverse stakeholders 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset 
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities simultaneously 
• Experience in vendor management and working with external partners
