As an IT Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our remote IT support operations. Your role will involve providing technical guidance, resolving complex issues, and ensuring efficient IT service delivery to our clients. What you'll be doing

  • Leading a remote team of IT support specialists, providing guidance, coaching, and performance evaluations
  • Developing and implementing IT support strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure effective service delivery
  • Monitoring and analyzing IT support metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and optimize team performance
  • Resolving escalated technical issues and providing guidance on complex troubleshooting scenarios
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration and alignment of IT support processes
  • Managing vendor relationships and evaluating third-party IT support solutions
  • Conducting regular training sessions to enhance the technical skills and knowledge of the support team
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in IT support management
  • Participating in the recruitment and onboarding process of new IT support team members 

Requirements 

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
  • C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)
  • Proven experience as an IT Support Manager or a similar role, preferably in a remote work environment
  • Strong knowledge of IT support tools, technologies, and best practices
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Attention to detail and commitment to providing outstanding customer service
  • Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks

Preferred candidates for the position should have prior experience in overseeing remote IT support teams, possess relevant certifications such as ITIL, CompTIA A+, or Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP), be proficient in utilizing remote monitoring and management (RMM) tools, be well-versed in cloud-based technologies and services, and have a background in project management. Candidates must be amenable to work during US business hours.

We offer a full-time, US-hours remote job, 40-hour workweek Mon-Fri, with excellent prospects for long-term growth for an ambitious experienced IT Support Manager. We can offer HMO and other benefits to Philippine candidates.
