As an IT Solutions Manager, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing innovative IT solutions for our organization. Your role will involve assessing business requirements, researching and evaluating technology options, and ensuring the successful delivery of IT projects. We are seeking a highly skilled professional with a strong background in IT solutions management and a passion for driving business growth through technology. 

What you'll be doing

• Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop IT solutions that align with strategic goals
• Researching and evaluating emerging technologies and trends to identify opportunities for enhancing our IT infrastructure and systems
• Leading the design and implementation of IT solutions, including software applications, network infrastructure, and cloud-based solutions
• Managing the full project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Conducting risk assessments and implementing measures to mitigate potential risks and issues during the project lifecycle
• Overseeing the selection and management of vendors and third-party providers for IT solutions and services
• Providing technical guidance and support to cross-functional teams during solution implementation and integration
• Monitoring and analyzing IT solution performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing necessary enhancements
• Keeping abreast of industry best practices, technological advancements, and regulatory requirements related to IT solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)  
• Proven experience as an IT Solutions Manager or a similar role, preferably in a remote work environment
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and software development lifecycle
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaborate in a remote team environment
• Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering IT solutions within budget and timeline
• Familiarity with security protocols and compliance standards

Preferred candidates that have a proven track record in managing remote teams for IT solutions delivery, possess relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional), ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library), or Agile/Scrum, demonstrate proficiency in cloud-based solutions like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, showcase knowledge of DevOps methodologies and tools, exhibit experience with data analytics and business intelligence solutions, possess a deep understanding of cybersecurity best practices, and have strong leadership and team management skills. Candidates must be amenable to work during US business hours. 

We offer a full-time, US-hours remote job, 40-hour workweek Mon-Fri, with excellent prospects for long-term growth for an ambitious experienced IT Solutions Manager (Remote). We can offer HMO and other benefits to Philippine candidates.
