As an iOS Engineer, you will play a key role in the development and maintenance of high-quality iOS applications. We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual with expertise in iOS development and a strong understanding of mobile app architecture. This role requires a solid technical background, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. 

What you'll be doing 

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for iOS applications 
• Designing and implementing user-friendly and intuitive iOS interfaces 
• Developing and maintaining iOS applications using Swift and/or Objective-C
• Conducting testing and debugging to ensure app quality and performance 
• Integrating mobile app components with back-end APIs and services 
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise 
• Participating in code reviews and providing feedback for continuous improvement 
• Keeping up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends in iOS development
• Assisting in the deployment and maintenance of iOS applications 

Requirements 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field 
• Proven experience as an iOS Engineer, with expertise in iOS app development 
• C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)  
• Strong proficiency in Swift and/or Objective-C
• Experience with iOS frameworks and tools (e.g., UIKit, Core Data, Xcode) 
• Knowledge of mobile app architecture and design patterns 
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming 
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills 
• Strong collaboration abilities 

Preferred candidates who have a strong background in iOS development and have successfully delivered iOS projects. Experience with SwiftUI, reactive programming frameworks (e.g., Combine, RxSwift), and app testing frameworks will be highly valued. Knowledge of UI/UX principles and design patterns will also be considered advantageous. Strong attention to detail, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively will be important qualities we seek in candidates. 

We offer a full-time, US-hours remote job, 40-hour workweek Mon-Fri, with excellent prospects for long-term growth for an ambitious experienced iOS Engineer. We can offer HMO and other benefits to Philippine candidates.
