As a HR Generalist, you will be responsible for managing various HR functions such as recruitment, benefits administration, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. You will work closely with the HR team and business leaders to ensure that HR policies and practices align with company objectives. 

What you'll be doing 

• Managing the recruitment process from job postings to onboarding 
• Administering employee benefits programs 
• Providing guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters
• Ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations 
• Managing performance review processes 
• Conducting investigations into employee complaints 
• Maintaining HR databases and records 
• Managing HR projects and initiatives
• Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures 

Requirements 

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field 
• 3+ years of experience in HR generalist role 
• C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
• Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills 
• Ability to maintain confidential information 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems 
• Familiarity with federal and state employment laws 

Preferred candidates who have a passion for HR and a strong understanding of employment laws and regulations. Experience working in a fast-paced environment, managing competing priorities, and collaborating effectively with different teams will be preferred. We prefer candidates who have experience working with HRIS systems, conducting investigations, and developing and implementing HR policies. 

We offer a full-time, US-hours remote job, 40-hour workweek Mon-Fri, with excellent prospects for long-term growth for an ambitious experienced HR Generalist. We can offer HMO and other benefits to Philippine candidates.
