What you'll be doing 

• Designing, developing, and maintaining backend applications using Go 
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications 
• Writing clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices and coding standards 
• Conducting code reviews and providing constructive feedback to team members 
• Optimizing application performance and scalability
• Identifying and resolving technical issues and bugs 
• Participating in architecture and design discussions 
• Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in Go programming 
• Mentoring junior engineers and providing technical guidance 

Requirements 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field 
• 3 years of professional experience as a software engineer, with a focus on Go programming 
• C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)  
• Strong knowledge and proficiency in Go and related frameworks 
• Experience with designing and building scalable and high-performance applications 
• Solid understanding of software development principles and best practices
• Proficiency in Git and experience with version control systems 
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills 
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration abilities
