Filled Positions

As a Front End Engineer, you will be responsible for building and optimizing user-friendly web pages. You will work closely with designers, back end engineers, and project managers to ensure the best possible user experience. 

What you'll be doing

• Developing and implementing front end features 
• Collaborating with design teams to ensure the best user experience 
• Conducting regular tests and optimizations to improve page speed and responsiveness 
• Writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code 
• Participating in code reviews and maintaining coding standards 
• Building and maintaining reusable code libraries 
• Collaborating with back end engineers to integrate front end with back end systems 
• Staying up to date with emerging trends and technologies in web development 
• Troubleshooting and debugging issues as they arise 

Requirements

• C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)  
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript 
• Experience with front end frameworks such as React or Angular 
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git 
• Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility 
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment 
• Excellent problem-solving skills 
• Experience with web performance optimization techniques 

Preferred candidates that have experience with CSS preprocessors such as Sass or LESS experience in front end testing frameworks such as Jest or Mocha, great familiarity with server-side programming languages such as PHP or Node.js and great understanding of UX principles and design thinking. Candidates must be amenable to work during US business hours. 

We offer a full-time, US-hours remote job, 40-hour workweek Mon-Fri, with excellent prospects for long-term growth for an ambitious experienced Front End Engineer. We can offer HMO and other benefits to Philippine candidates.
