As a Financial Analyst, you will play a critical role in analyzing financial data, providing insights, and supporting strategic decision-making. Your expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and risk assessment will contribute to the overall financial health and success of our organization. 

What you'll be doing 

• Conducting financial analysis and interpreting complex financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities 
• Developing financial models and forecasts to support budgeting, planning, and investment decisions 
• Monitoring and analyzing financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability 
• Preparing and presenting financial reports and recommendations to management and stakeholders 
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather financial information and provide guidance on financial matters 
• Assessing and evaluating investment opportunities, conducting due diligence, and making recommendations 
• Conducting industry and market research to identify emerging trends and potential risks 
• Participating in financial audits and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements 
• Continuously improving financial processes, systems, and reporting to enhance efficiency and accuracy 

Requirements 

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field 
• Proven experience as a financial analyst or in a similar role 
• C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)  
• Strong knowledge of financial analysis techniques, financial modeling, and forecasting 
• Proficiency in financial analysis software and Microsoft Excel 
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills 
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy 
• Effective presentation abilities 

Preferred candidates that have professional certifications such as Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) or Certified Financial Planner (CFP). Experience in the specific industry in which the organization operates and proficiency in data visualization tools would be advantageous.
