What you'll be doing 

• Collaborating with clients to understand their design needs and requirements 
• Creating visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts for various digital and print media 
• Developing and maintaining brand identities and design guidelines
• Incorporating feedback and making necessary revisions to designs 
• Keeping up to date with the latest design trends and techniques 
• Managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines 
• Working closely with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and product development 
• Ensuring consistency and quality across all design deliverables
• Communicating and presenting design concepts and ideas effectively 

Requirements

• Proven experience as a freelance graphic designer or in a similar role 
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) 
• C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)  
• Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects
• Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory 
• Knowledge of current design trends and best practices 
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills 
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet project deadlines 

Preferred candidates for this role are those who have prior experience working as freelance graphic designers, demonstrating the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality designs within deadlines. Experience in branding and logo design, as well as proficiency in additional design tools and software, will be highly regarded. Candidates with a strong attention to detail, a passion for visual storytelling, and the ability to adapt to different design styles and project requirements will thrive in this role. 

We offer a full-time, US-hours remote job, 40-hour workweek Mon-Fri, with excellent prospects for long-term growth for an ambitious experienced Graphic Designer. We can offer HMO and other benefits to Philippine candidates.
