As the Executive Director of Growth, you will develop and implement an overall sales strategy for our customers in order to drive revenue for our company by developing a consultative relationship with our prospects and current customers. You will also help us achieve our mission of empowering health systems and their operational workforce to achieve more while lowering healthcare costs across the country. 

What you’ll be doing 

• Lead prospecting 
• Generate revenue by maintaining and owning the entire prospect sales funnel - identification, design, and closure of deals 
• Document all customer activities in CRM 
• Collaborate with Marketing and Product for feedbacks related to our capabilities and messaging 
• Sales quota buster 
• Proven track record of managing the stages of the sales funnel and driving top-line revenue 
• Collaborate with sales team to rapidly respond to client and customer’s needs and create proposals and contracts 

Requirements 

• C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)  
• 10+ years of relevant experience 
• Revenue Cycle and AI experience is a plus 
• Superb problem-solving skills 
• Developing and maintaining relationships with end users to achieve objectives 
• Maintaining and growing existing leads 
• Conducting customer surveys and developing sales strategies 
• Meeting and exceeding sales quotas 

Preferred candidates that have ability to innovate in a fast-growing work environment and comfortable dealing high level executives. Candidates must be amenable to work during US business hours.   

We offer a full-time, US-hours remote job, 40-hour workweek Mon-Fri, with excellent prospects for long-term growth for an ambitious experienced Executive Director of Growth. We can offer HMO and other benefits to Philippine candidates.
