Filled Positions

As an Enrolled Agent, you will play a critical role in providing comprehensive tax services to our clients. You will be responsible for preparing and reviewing tax returns, conducting tax research, and representing clients before tax authorities. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. 

What you'll be doing 

• Prepare and review federal and state tax returns for individuals and businesses 
• Conduct thorough tax research and analysis to ensure compliance 
• Advise clients on tax planning and strategies to minimize tax liabilities 
• Represent clients in tax audits, appeals, and other tax-related matters 
• Stay updated on tax laws, regulations, and industry changes 
• Provide guidance and support to clients regarding tax issues and inquiries 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex tax situations 
• Maintain accurate and organized tax records and documentation 
• Keep client information confidential and adhere to ethical standards 

Requirements 

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field 
• Proven experience as an Enrolled Agent or in a similar tax advisory role 
• C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)
• Strong knowledge of federal and state tax laws and regulations 
• Proficiency in tax software and related tools 
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills 
• Effective interpersonal abilities 
• Enrolled Agent certification 

Preferred candidates will have a deep understanding of complex tax scenarios and possess experience in representing clients before tax authorities. Advanced knowledge of tax planning strategies and familiarity with international tax regulations is highly desirable. We offer a full-time, US-hours remote job, 40-hour workweek Mon-Fri, with excellent prospects for long-term growth for an ambitious experienced Enrolled Agent. We can offer HMO and other benefits to Philippine candidates.
