As an Email Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and executing effective email marketing campaigns that drive engagement and revenue for our clients. You will work closely with our marketing and creative teams to develop and optimize email campaigns, automation workflows, and lead generation strategies. 

What you'll be doing

• Developing and executing email marketing campaigns from start to finish 
• Creating compelling email content and optimizing subject lines, headlines, and calls-to-action 
• Setting up and managing email automation workflows 
• Creating and managing email lists and segmenting audiences 
• Analyzing and reporting on email campaign performance metrics 
• Staying up-to-date on email marketing best practices and trends 
• Collaborating with other teams to ensure brand consistency across all email communications 
• Ensuring compliance with email marketing regulations and best practices 
• Conducting A/B testing and experimenting with new email marketing strategies 

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field 
• C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)  
• 3+ years of experience in email marketing 
• Proficiency in email marketing tools such as Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or Hubspot 
• Experience with HTML and CSS 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment 

Preferred candidates that have experience with marketing automation platforms such as Marketo or Pardot, email list management and segmentation, A/B testing and email campaign optimization, familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or Hubspot and knowledgeable of email compliance regulations such as GDPR and CAN-SPAM. Candidates must be amenable to work during US business hours. 

We offer a full-time, US-hours remote job, 40-hour workweek Mon-Fri, with excellent prospects for long-term growth for an ambitious experienced Email Marketing Specialist. We can offer HMO and other benefits to Philippine candidates.
