As an Ecommerce Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing our online product portfolio. What you'll be doing

  • Developing and implementing product strategies to drive revenue and achieve business objectives 
  • Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify product opportunities and trends 
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including design, development, and marketing, to bring new products to market 
  • Defining product roadmaps, feature requirements, and prioritization based on customer needs and business goals 
  • Monitoring product performance, analyzing data, and identifying areas for improvement and optimization 
  • Conducting user testing and gathering feedback to enhance the user experience and product usability 
  • Managing product lifecycles, including product launches, updates, and retirements 
  • Collaborating with the development team to ensure timely and successful product releases 
  • Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to stay ahead in the ecommerce market 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field 
  • Proven experience in ecommerce product management, preferably in an online retail environment 
  • C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)  
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, customer experience, and user behavior 
  • Proficiency in market research and competitor analysis to inform product strategies 
  • Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively across teams 
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and derive insights from product data 
  • Experience in Agile product management methodologies and tools 
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines 
  • Familiarity with user testing and user experience (UX) best practices 

Preferred candidates for this position have a proven track record in managing ecommerce products across international markets. They possess a strong knowledge of SEO principles and strategies to optimize product visibility. Proficiency in utilizing data analytics tools and platforms for product performance analysis is highly desired. Familiarity with conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques is valued. Previous experience in product management for mobile commerce applications is advantageous. Candidates who have demonstrated success in driving revenue growth through effective product optimization are also preferred. Candidates must be amenable to work during US business hours. 

We offer a full-time, US-hours remote job, 40-hour workweek Mon-Fri, with excellent prospects for long-term growth for an ambitious experienced Remote Ecommerce Product Manager. We can offer HMO and other benefits to Philippine candidates.
