As the Director of Paid Social (Facebook/Instagram), you will be responsible in developing the brand through social media by pinpointing the intended audience, establish clear objectives, construct a potent content strategy to captivate the viewers, and amplify website traffic and conversion rates.
What you’ll be doing
- Staff accounts with team members who match each client's needs for better client retention
- Ensure meeting performance objectives of clients on a weekly/monthly basis for client success
- Coach, develop, and lead a team of motivated media buyers for leadership
- Integrate leadership teams within the Paid Social department for effective collaboration
- Oversee team members' growth and development for better team retention
- Manage department bandwidth and hiring needs across all teams for better resource allocation
- Ensure the team is optimized to scale with consistent MoM growth for operational excellence and scale
- Anticipate new roles needed and role shifts to best service clients and retain talent for organizational leadership
- Craft processes and training programs to ensure consistent product quality across all teams for better product quality
- Drive process improvements and adoption for continuous improvement
Requirements
- C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)
- 2 years experience in media buying in digital or media agency
- 3 years experience in E-commerce
- Required department leadership and management experience
- Required experience in managing other managers as well as top performers
Preferred candidates with experience and specialized in branding activities related to the product, the branding expert ensures that the branding is consistent and easily associated with the product through their experience. Candidates must be amenable to work during US business hours.
