Filled Positions

As a Director of Digital Strategy (EMEA), you will be responsible for defining and leading the digital growth strategy for our EMEA customer base. You will be accountable for setting up the technical frameworks and processes that enable high performance throughout the region. 

What you'll be doing

• Identifying and recommending strategic opportunities to grow customer lifetime value through leveraging data-driven insights 
• Developing a deep understanding of customer needs across markets, segments and channels 
• Driving customer engagement through robust experimentation plans, rigorous analytics and advanced testing techniques 
• Moving quickly between hypothesis/strategy design to quick execution/validation in collaboration with other teams 

• Establish metrics and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to measure success 

Requirements

• C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)  
• At least 5 years experience in a similar role working with complex problems involving large datasets 
• Proven track record of successful delivery of data driven digital strategies in competitive markets 
• Highly analytical mindset with an ability to think strategically on a broad scale 
• Demonstrated experience working with web & mobile technologies and A/B testing tools such as Optimizely & Google Analytics 
• Experience managing SEO campaigns & keyword research 

Preffered candidates who have an excellent understanding of digital channels, particularly SEM, Display Advertising, Paid Social Media, Mobile Marketing & remarketing. They should have knowledge of interpreting customers’ needs across multiple platforms including website conversion optimization and developing engaging content. The ideal candidate should also demonstrate strong problem solving skills, attention to detail and be able to work independently on challenging tasks. Candidates must be amenable to work during US business hours.
