As a Credit Manager, you will be a key player in our financial team, responsible for overseeing the credit granting process of our company. Your duties will include assessing the creditworthiness of potential customers, monitoring credit exposures, ensuring we minimize bad debt losses and maximize revenues. 

What you'll be doing 

• Overseeing the credit granting process 
• Assessing the creditworthiness of potential customers 
• Monitoring credit exposures
• Developing and implementing the company's credit policies and procedures 
• Collaborating with the sales department to negotiate terms of trade and credit with clients 
• Preparing reports detailing credit activities and forecasts 
• Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations 
• Conducting regular account reviews
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer data 

Requirements 

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field 
• Proven experience as a Credit Manager or similar role 
• C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)
• Knowledge of credit-related laws and regulations
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail 
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills 
• Proficiency in MS Office and financial software 
• Ability to work with targets and tight deadlines 

Preferred candidates who have a proven track record as a Credit Manager with at least 3 years of experience. A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field is required. The ideal candidate would have excellent communication and negotiation skills, along with strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
