As a Content Specialist Lead, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the content strategy and execution for our organization. What you'll be doing 

• Leading and managing a team of content specialists, providing guidance, mentorship, and feedback 
• Developing and executing the content strategy to drive brand awareness and engagement 
• Creating high-quality and engaging content across various channels, including websites, blogs, social media, and email campaigns
• Conducting research to identify content opportunities and staying updated on industry trends 
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure content alignment with brand guidelines and business objectives 
• Analyzing content performance metrics and making data-driven recommendations for improvement 
• Managing content calendars, deadlines, and production schedules 
• Editing and proofreading content to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Staying informed about content marketing best practices and emerging trends 

Requirements 

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field 
• Proven experience as a content specialist or in a similar role 
• C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English) 
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Proficiency in content management systems and marketing automation platforms 
• Experience in managing a team of content professionals 
• Familiarity with SEO principles and keyword research 
• Excellent project management and organizational skills 

Preferred candidates for this role are those who have experience leading content teams or managing content strategies in a remote or distributed environment. Experience in industries such as technology, marketing, or digital media is highly valued. Candidates with certifications in content marketing or related areas will be highly regarded.
