As a Comptroller/Financial Controller, you will hold a key leadership position in our organization, overseeing financial operations and ensuring regulatory compliance. This remote role offers you the opportunity to showcase your expertise in financial management and contribute to the success of our organization. 

What you'll be doing 

• Developing and implementing financial strategies and policies 
• Monitoring financial performance and providing insights to drive decision-making 
• Overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes 
• Managing financial reporting and ensuring accuracy and timeliness 
• Conducting financial analysis and identifying areas for cost optimization 
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives 
• Ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements 
• Managing internal controls and conducting audits to mitigate risk 
• Leading and developing a team of financial professionals 

Requirements 

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field 
• Proven experience as a Comptroller, Financial Controller, or in a similar role 
• C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)  
• Strong knowledge of financial management principles and practices 
• Proficiency in financial analysis tools and ERP systems 
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills 
• Strong leadership and communication abilities 
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting 

Preferred candidates for this role who possess advanced skills in financial modeling and data analysis, enabling them to provide valuable insights for strategic decision-making. Candidates with certifications such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) will be preferred, as they demonstrate a high level of professional expertise and dedication to their field. 

We offer a full-time, US-hours remote job, 40-hour workweek Mon-Fri, with excellent prospects for long-term growth for an ambitious experienced Comptroller/Financial Controller. We can offer HMO and other benefits to Philippine candidates.
