As a Compliance Auditor, you will play a critical role in ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies. Your responsibilities will include conducting audits, evaluating processes, identifying compliance risks, and recommending corrective actions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of compliance and support the organization's commitment to ethical business practices. 

What you'll be doing 

• Conducting compliance audits to assess adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies 
• Evaluating processes and controls to identify potential compliance risks 
• Documenting audit findings and preparing comprehensive reports 
• Recommending and implementing corrective actions to address compliance deficiencies 
• Collaborating with stakeholders to develop and enhance compliance programs 
• Providing guidance and training on compliance-related matters 
• Monitoring changes in regulations and industry best practices 
• Assisting in investigations related to compliance issues 
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation of audit activities 

Requirements 

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 
• C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English) 
• Proven experience as a Compliance Auditor or similar role 
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards 
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills 
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently 
• Proficiency in using audit management software 

Preferred candidates with certifications such as Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP) will be given preference. Those with experience in conducting compliance audits in highly regulated industries are highly desired.
