Filled Positions

As a Collection Associate, you will play a critical role in our financial team, responsible for managing and maintaining our company's accounts receivable. Your duties will include contacting clients about unpaid invoices, reconciling payment discrepancies, and ensuring timely payment of debts. 

What you'll be doing 

• Contacting clients regarding unpaid invoices 
• Reconciling payment discrepancies and disputes 
• Documenting daily collections activity
• Researching and resolving payment discrepancies 
• Generating age analysis reports for outstanding debts 
• Negotiating repayment plans with clients 
• Maintaining accurate records of client contact 
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
• Participating in team meetings and trainings 

Requirements 

• High school diploma or equivalent 
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in collections or a similar role 
• C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite 
• Ability to maintain professionalism and respect confidentiality 
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities 

Preferred candidates who have a proven track record as a Collection Associate with at least 1 year of experience. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. The ideal candidate would have excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to maintain professionalism while respecting confidentiality. 

We offer a full-time, US-hours remote job, 40-hour workweek Mon-Fri, with excellent prospects for long-term growth for an ambitious experienced Collection Associate. We can offer HMO and other benefits to Philippine candidates.
