Filled Positions

As the Chief Operating Officer, you will oversee the company’s daily operations and procedures as its second-in-command and be accountable for the efficiency of the business. 

What You'll Be Doing 

• Preparing executive-level reports and presentations, such as monthly business evaluations and other special proposals 
• Create and execute company business strategies, plans and procedures 
• Manage the company’s all department daily operation 
• Prepare and present reports to the CEO 
• Oversee relationships with partners/vendors 

Requirements 

• MBA degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related field 
• C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English) 
• 2 years' experience in relevant role 
• Ability to make decisions and solve problems quickly 
• Superb leadership skills 
• Excellent data analysis and performance/operation metrics skills 
• Proven competence strategic planning and business development 
• Excellent skills in project management, delivery, focus, and "people stuff" 

Preferred candidates with a strong analytical mindset, be skilled at combining strategy and analytics. Candidates must also have the ability to adapt to change, and can work fast in a multichannel retail environment. Candidates must be amenable to work during US business hours. 

We offer a full-time, US-hours remote job, 40-hour workweek Mon-Fri, with excellent prospects for long-term growth for an ambitious experienced Chief Operating Officer. We can offer HMO and other benefits to Philippine candidates.
