As a Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for linking patients with a clinical provider while ensuring a seamless experience. You will also guarantee the patients' best interest by keeping in mind with clarity and purpose. 

What you’ll be doing 

• Answer phones and help patients navigate the company's digital platform 
• Observe the providers guidelines regarding patient treatment 
• Comply to all Information Security policies of the company 
• Safeguard and identify potential breaches of Information Security standards 
• Uphold integrity and confidentiality of all company Information Security standards and protocols 
• Abide information, security, confidentiality and privacy to all HIPAA standards 
• Other task delegate 

Requirements 

• C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English) 
• 3 years of experience in customer service handling medical accounts 
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening 
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices 
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters 
• Excellent communication and presentation skills 
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively 
• the skills necessary to thrive in today's technology-rich and demanding office environment 

Preferred candidates with a strong analytical mindset and can put themselves in their customers’ shoes and advocate for them when necessary. Candidates must also have the ability to adapt to change, and can work fast in an environment. Candidates must be amenable to work during US business hours. 

We offer a full-time, US-hours remote job, 40-hour workweek Mon-Fri, with excellent prospects for long-term growth for an ambitious experienced Care Coordinator. We can offer HMO and other benefits to Philippine candidates.
