As a Budget Manager, you will lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities for our organization. Your role will involve analyzing financial data, creating budget reports, and providing strategic insights to optimize resource allocation. Additionally, you will collaborate with department heads to develop budget proposals, monitor budget performance, and recommend cost-saving measures.

• Utilizing budgeting software and MS Excel proficiently 

Requirements 

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field 
• Proven experience as a Budget Manager or in a similar role
• C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)  
• Strong leadership and team management skills 
• Proficiency in budgeting software and MS Excel 
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities 
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills 
• Effective collaboration and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team 

Preferred candidates with prior experience in budget management and financial analysis will be preferred. We seek individuals who are strategic, detail-oriented, and capable of handling complex financial data. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams are highly valued.
