As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing initiatives that build brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and increase revenue. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and creative, to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
What you'll be doing
- Developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans that drive brand awareness and customer engagement
- Conducting market research and analyzing consumer trends to inform brand strategy
- Creating and maintaining brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all communications
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute product launches, promotions, and events
- Monitoring and analyzing brand performance metrics to continually optimize brand strategy
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)
- 3+ years of experience in brand management, preferably in a consumer-facing industry
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred candidates that have experience with digital marketing and social media strategy, have a passion for and understanding of consumer behavior and trends and are self-motivated and have a growth mindset. Candidates must be amenable to work during US business hours.
We offer a full-time, US-hours remote job, 40-hour workweek Mon-Fri, with excellent prospects for long-term growth for an ambitious experienced Brand Manager (Remote). We can offer HMO and other benefits to Philippine candidates.
