As a Billing Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and accurate billing operations of our organization. What you'll be doing

• Overseeing and managing the billing operations, including invoicing, collections, and revenue recognition
• Leading and supervising a team of billing specialists, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations
• Ensuring accurate and timely billing processes, resolving billing discrepancies, and addressing customer inquiries
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline billing procedures and improve overall efficiency
• Analyzing billing data and generating reports to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
• Implementing and maintaining billing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
• Participating in the development and enhancement of billing systems and software tools
• Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) related to billing processes and driving continuous improvement initiatives
• Keeping abreast of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes in billing and revenue management

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification preferred
• 4 years of experience in billing or revenue management, with X years in a supervisory or managerial role
• C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English) In-depth knowledge of billing processes, revenue recognition principles, and financial systems
• Proficiency in using billing software and Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and analyze billing data
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on driving performance and fostering a positive work environment

Preferred candidates have a strong background in billing or revenue management, with experience in a managerial or supervisory role. They possess a comprehensive understanding of billing systems and revenue recognition principles. Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
