As a Billing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing billing processes, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing, and resolving billing inquiries. Your responsibilities will include processing billing data, reconciling billing records, and preparing billing reports. Additionally, you will collaborate with the finance team and external stakeholders to resolve billing discrepancies and support month-end closing processes.

  • Collaborating with the finance team to support month-end closing processes

  • Assisting in process improvement initiatives for billing efficiency 
  • Maintaining billing documentation and records
  • Utilizing billing software and MS Excel proficiently 

Requirements 

  • High school diploma or equivalent 
  • Proven experience as a Billing Coordinator or similar role 
  • C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)  
  • Familiarity with billing procedures and regulations
  • Proficiency in using billing software and MS Excel 
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities 
  • Strong problem-solving skills 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team 

Preferred candidates with prior experience in billing coordination and knowledge of ERP systems will be preferred. We are seeking individuals who are proactive, detail-oriented, and can manage multiple tasks effectively. Strong collaboration and adaptability skills are highly valued. 

We offer a full-time, US-hours remote job, 40-hour workweek Mon-Fri, with excellent prospects for long-term growth for an ambitious experienced Billing Coordinator. We can offer HMO and other benefits to Philippine candidates.
