What you'll be doing
- Responding to customer inquiries and providing technical support via email, chat, or phone
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting software and hardware issues
- Escalating complex issues to senior technical support engineers when needed
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer problems
- Tracking and documenting customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system
- Providing product information, guidance, and training to customers
- Contributing to the development of knowledge base articles and support documentation
- Keeping up to date with product updates and new features
- Providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)
- Previous experience in a technical support or customer service role
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Familiarity with software and hardware configurations
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a remote and fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Knowledge of CRM systems and ticketing tools
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
