As an Associate Director – Account Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily functions of all the accounts, formulate program guidelines and protocols, evaluate campaign effectiveness, handle financial management, and contribute to the formation of long-term strategic plans. 

What you’ll be doing 

• Lead the account management team and cultivate strong connections with existing clients 
• Collaborate with clients to determine their needs 
• Enhance performance and efficiency by setting measurable goals for customer-facing teams based on growth plans 
• Design strategies to increase the client base and ensure that the team delivers high-quality, cost-effective services 
• Analyze customer requirements to provide appropriate solutions and generate new business opportunities 
• Guarantee prompt delivery of services and products to clients 
• Address any challenges to maintain and enhance customer confidence 

Requirements 

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related degree 
• C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English) 
• Demonstrated experience as an account director/head or equivalent role 
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a talent for establishing long-lasting relationships 
• Remarkable organizational and leadership abilities. 
• Must have experience in sales 
• Must have a strong data analysis experience  

Preferred candidates that have very good skills in supervision, reporting of all current campaigns, and experiential learning, and has a very good strategic thinking skill. Candidates must be amenable to work during US business hours.
