As an Affiliate Partnerships Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategy to acquire new affiliates, maintain existing partnerships, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI. 

What you'll be doing

• Manage the full affiliate recruitment process, including sourcing, onboarding, and nurturing relationships with new partners
• Analyze performance metrics to analyze and identify trends in key affiliate channels
• Monitor campaign performance to ensure optimal conversion and revenue goals are met
• Develop organic growth strategies that increase the reach of our product or services through affiliate networks
• Write engaging content for affiliates to use in their campaigns across all channels
• Track key industry trends that may affect our affiliate program strategy
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to identify new opportunities for affiliate partnerships

Requirements

• C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)
• Demonstrated experience with affiliate partnerships/SEO strategies/social media/direct mail programs 
• An understanding of tracking protocols such as S2S, postback URL's etc  
• Proven track record of successful performance optimization techniques 
• Comfortable with data analysis tools such as Google Analytics 

Preferred candidates that are highly motivated individual who is creative and not afraid to take initiative. The ideal candidate must have strong interpersonal skills to create long lasting relationships with affiliates while being able to think strategically when it comes to problem solving. It is also important that they bring knowledge in various marketing tactics as well as technical knowledge in software systems related to tracking & reporting of campaigns.

We offer a full-time, US-hours remote job, 40-hour workweek Mon-Fri, with excellent prospects for long-term growth for an ambitious experienced Affiliate Partnerships Strategist. We can offer HMO and other benefits to Philippine candidates.
