As an Affiliate Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing our affiliate marketing program to drive revenue growth and increase brand exposure. You will play a key role in identifying and onboarding affiliates, optimizing campaigns, and fostering strong relationships with partners. We are looking for a results-driven individual with a passion for affiliate marketing and the ability to thrive in a remote work environment. 

What you'll be doing 

  • Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize brand exposure 
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates, ensuring alignment with our brand values and target audience 
  • Monitor and analyze affiliate performance, providing guidance and optimization recommendations to improve results 
  • Negotiate and manage contracts, commission structures, and promotional activities with affiliates 
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to affiliates, fostering a collaborative partnership 
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape, identifying opportunities for program enhancements 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing collateral and promotional materials for affiliates 
  • Monitor affiliate compliance with program guidelines, addressing any issues or violations promptly 
  • Provide timely reporting and insights on affiliate performance, campaign metrics, and program ROI 

Requirements 

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field 
  • C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)  
  • Proven experience as an Affiliate Manager or in affiliate marketing 
  • Strong understanding of affiliate marketing strategies, best practices, and industry trends 
  • Excellent negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships 
  • Analytical mindset and proficiency in analyzing performance metrics and making data-driven decisions 
  • Self-motivated and proactive approach to problem-solving and campaign optimization 
  • Familiarity with affiliate tracking platforms and affiliate networks 

Preferred candidates: Ideal candidates for this role will have a solid background in affiliate marketing, preferably with experience in remote work environments. We are looking for individuals who demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a creative mindset. Experience in managing large affiliate networks, launching successful campaigns, and working with international affiliates will be highly valued. Candidates must be amenable to work during US business hours. 

We offer a full-time, US-hours remote job, 40-hour workweek Mon-Fri, with excellent prospects for long-term growth for an ambitious experienced Affiliate Manager. We can offer HMO and other benefits to Philippine candidates.
