Filled Positions

As an Accounting Wrangler, you will be an integral part of the accounting team performing routine close tasks and account reconciliations as well as digging into one-time projects. 

What You'll Be Doing 

• Work on completing schedules for quarterly and year-end audit work as well as multi-period audits with auditors 
• Prepare and process corresponding journal entries for the month-end closure, including a thorough review to make sure that essential reserves and accruals are presented correctly 
• Prepare monthly or quarterly account reconciliations, together with any necessary supporting analyses, for review 
• Take a lead role in special projects 
• Update and/or develop policies & procedures as needed 
• Organize external staffing companies 

Requirements 

• BSc degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics 
• C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)  
• 3 years experience in Accounting or a similar role 
• Knowledgeable of accounting and bookkeeping procedures 
• Advanced MS Excel skills 
• Familiarity with accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks) 
• Organizational and time-management skills 
• Attention to detail, with an ability to spot numerical errors
