As an Accounting Officer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles. Your responsibilities will include managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, conducting financial analysis, and assisting in budget preparation. Additionally, you will collaborate with the finance team to support audits and ensure accurate and timely financial transactions. 

What you'll be doing 

• Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable 
• Reconciling bank statements and financial records 
• Conducting financial analysis and reporting
• Assisting in budget preparation and monitoring 
• Collaborating with the finance team on audits and compliance 
• Ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial transactions 
• Assisting in month-end and year-end closing processes 
• Handling tax filing and compliance
• Utilizing accounting software and MS Excel proficiently 
• Providing financial support to other departments as needed 

Requirements 

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 
• Proven experience as an Accounting Officer or in a similar role
• C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English) 
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations 
• Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Excel 
• Detail-oriented and capable of meeting deadlines 
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong organizational and communication abilities 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team 

Preferred candidates with prior experience in accounting or financial management and relevant certifications (e.g., CMA, CPA) will be preferred. We are looking for proactive individuals who possess strong leadership skills and can handle multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team are highly valued.
