As an Accounting Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in assisting the finance team with various accounting tasks and ensuring financial processes' smooth and efficient operation. Your responsibilities will include processing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, preparing financial reports, and assisting with budgeting and forecasting activities. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and assisting in month-end and year-end closing processes.

  • Reconciling bank statements and financial records
  • Preparing and organizing financial documents for audits
  • Assisting in the preparation of financial reports and statements
  • Collaborating with the finance team on budgeting and forecasting activities
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records
  • Assisting in month-end and year-end closing processes
  • Providing support for ad-hoc financial projects
  • Utilizing accounting software and MS Excel proficiently

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Proven experience as an Accounting Coordinator or in a similar role
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations
  • Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Excel
  • Detail-oriented and capable of meeting deadlines
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong organizational and communication abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)

Preferred candidates with prior experience in accounting coordination or relevant certifications (e.g., CPA) will be given preference. We seek highly organized, detail-oriented individuals, who possess strong communication skills. The ideal candidate should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

We offer a full-time, US-hours remote job, 40-hour workweek Mon-Fri, with excellent prospects for long-term growth for an ambitious experienced Accounting Coordinator. We can offer HMO and other benefits to Philippine candidates.
