As an Account Manager - SaaS Company, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, ensuring their success with our products, and driving revenue growth for our company. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in the world.
What you'll be doing
- Building and managing relationships with existing customers
- Identifying and pursuing upsell opportunities to increase revenue
- Providing exceptional customer service and support

- Developing and executing account plans to meet revenue targets
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
- C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)
- 3+ years of experience in account management or sales
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools
Preferred candidates that have experience in the SaaS industry, experience managing enterprise-level accounts, experience with Salesforce CRM and a track record of exceeding sales targets. Candidates must be amenable to work during US business hours.
