As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with clients. This is a remote position that requires excellent communication and organization skills. We are seeking a results-driven individual who can identify new business opportunities and provide exceptional customer service. 

What you'll be doing 

  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients 
  • Contact prospects to introduce our services, understand their needs, qualify opportunities, and close sales  
  • Identifying new business opportunities and upselling to existing clients 
  • Conducting virtual product demonstrations and presentations 
  • Providing exceptional customer service and addressing customer needs 
  • Collaborating with team members to meet sales goals 
  • Develop account plans for key customers to increase product adoption and customer loyalty 
  • Manage pipeline of leads from end-to-end by rapidly responding to inquiries from prospects throughout the entire buying process 
  • Monitor performance metrics of leads sourced by marketing campaigns to ensure quality of lead flow 
  • Execute all aspects of the sales cycle including discovery, technical qualification, business case definition, evaluation and negotiation, closure and post sale follow up activities 

Requirements 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field 
  • C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English  
  • 3+ years of experience in sales or account management 
  • Comfortable with remote work and virtual communication 
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail 
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships both internally & externally 
  • Proven track record in meeting or exceeding performance metrics in a remote role 

Preferred Candidates who have a natural drive for success, coupled with professional demeanor when dealing with clients. Additionally, it would be beneficial if candidates had experience in software or technology sales, proven track record of exceeding sales goals, knowledge of CRM software and familiarity with digital marketing and SEO. Candidates must be amenable to work during US business hours. 

We offer a full-time, US-hours remote job, 40-hour workweek Mon-Fri, with excellent prospects for long-term growth for an ambitious experienced Account Executive. We can offer HMO and other benefits to Philippine candidates.
