Filled Positions

As a 3rd Party Logistics and Sourcing Agent, you will be responsible for managing the supply chain for our clients. You will work remotely to ensure that the products are delivered to their destination on time and within budget. 

What you'll be doing 

• Managing and optimizing the logistics processes for our clients 
• Sourcing and purchasing products for our clients 
• Negotiating with suppliers to obtain the best prices and terms 
• Monitoring the inventory levels and managing the product flow 
• Communicating with clients to ensure their needs are met 
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve the supply chain 

Requirements 

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration or a related field 
• C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English  
• Proven work experience in logistics and sourcing 
• Knowledge of procurement procedures and supply chain management practices 
• Excellent negotiation skills 
• Proficiency in MS Office and logistics software 
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 

Preferred candidates have experience with international logistics and sourcing, knowledge of transportation regulations and customs procedures and must have Certification in logistics or supply chain management. Candidates must be amenable to work during US business hours. 

We offer a full-time, US-hours remote job, 40-hour workweek Mon-Fri, with excellent prospects for long-term growth for an ambitious experienced 3rd Party Logistics and Sourcing Agent. We can offer HMO and other benefits to Philippine candidates.
