We are looking for a hybrid full-stack Senior AI Developer to build and scale the platform that powers complex agentic AI workloads. You will work across TypeScript and Python stacks to integrate monoliths, cloud functions, and microservices, with a focus on workflow orchestration and developer velocity. We are specifically looking for developers who have worked on agentic or autonomous AI products.
What You'll Do
- Build and scale up our platform that powers complex agentic AI workloads
- Collaborate across app and AI teams to unify workflows, deployment patterns, and observability
- Work across our TypeScript and Python stacks to integrate monoliths, cloud functions, and microservices
- Design and maintain systems leveraging Temporal for workflow orchestration
- Improve developer velocity through better tooling, internal services, and infrastructure
- Contribute to data systems, backend services and frontend systems where needed
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience as a platform, infrastructure, or full-stack engineer
- Embrace AI native software development process
- Strong fluency in both TypeScript and Python in production environments
- Ability to collaborate deeply with product-focused and AI-focused teams
- Ability to work across the stack — from data integration, to backend and frontend
- Fluent in data storage solutions like PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Elasticsearch
Bonus Points
- Experience with LLM-based or chat-centric applications at scale
- Exposure to agentic AI architectures
- Hands-on experience with both Event-driven architecture and Service-oriented architecture systems
- Familiarity with Temporal or similar workflow engines
- Familiarity with observability stacks and CI/CD tooling
