As a Senior UX Designer (Remote), you will be responsible for creating intuitive and engaging user experiences that align with our clients' needs and business goals. Your expertise in user research, information architecture, and interaction design will contribute to the development of user-centered digital products.  

What you'll be doing 

• Conducting user research and gathering insights to inform design decisions 
• Creating wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups to visualize design concepts 
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define user requirements and design objectives 
• Iterating on designs based on user feedback and usability testing results 
• Developing and maintaining design systems and style guides 
• Collaborating with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design solutions 
• Conducting usability evaluations and heuristic evaluations to identify areas for improvement 
• Staying updated on industry trends and best practices in UX design 
• Advocating for user-centered design principles and processes within the organization 
• Providing guidance and mentorship to junior UX designers 

Requirements 

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field 
• C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)  
• Proven experience as a UX designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work 
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD 
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices 
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities 
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently 

Preferred candidates for the role of Senior UX Designer should have a deep understanding of user-centered design methodologies and possess a strong portfolio demonstrating their expertise. Experience in designing web and mobile applications is highly desired. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is advantageous. Strong leadership skills, the ability to work effectively in a remote setting, and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences are valued qualities.
